Museum area
The aim of the new museum is to immerse visitors in the underground world, through its cave-like decor. This will take them on a voyage through time, from the legends of the Gouffre de Proumeyssac to the 18th century, starting from the story of its discovery and opening to the public, right up to the present day. Thanks to the museum’s involvement, the information is presented in an original and interactive way.
